Hey everyone

Just a quick heads-up — all services on the panel will be paused 7 days from now, on 13 October 2026 at 12:00 GMT.

We’re taking some time to rework and optimize our backend infrastructure. We’ve been reviewing service performance, API response handling, processing queues, delivery stability, and overall system efficiency, and we feel it’s better to pause things rather than continue providing services that aren’t meeting our standards.

No new orders will be accepted once the pause begins. However, we will continue to honor valid refill requests for orders that were already placed, according to the applicable service refill terms.

At this point, we cannot confirm whether the services will resume. Once the rework is complete, we’ll run proper testing and evaluate the results. The decision to resume will depend on the outcome of that testing.

Lastly, we just want to say thank you. It’s been 6 long years of this journey, and throughout that time, many of you have stayed with us through both the good times and the difficult ones.

You trusted us, supported us, and continued using our services when things were going well — and even when they weren’t.

Whatever happens next, we genuinely appreciate everyone who has been a part of these 6 years. ❤️

We’ll keep you updated once we have a final decision.

Thank you for everything. ❤️
